    Please would you explain to me the process to start the downswing. Is there one trigger? Thanks Brenton

      Hi Brenton,

      For the me the downswing always starts with the legs driving forward and getting the weight to the left side (right hander). You should feel the pressure going into the inside of your left foot. After the legs have moved forward the arms should naturally drop into the slot getting you into a great position to commence the downswing.
