    I rarely eat on the course but I’m going to start being better about bringing stuff along. I’m hoping it will keep my energy at a higher level throughout the round. I always drink a lot of water on the course.

      Yes I’ve started to change what I eat during a round as it makes a big difference. These energy rich foods keep your more alert and feeling strong. When you’re feeling like this you’re more likely to make a better golf swing and subsequently your golf will improve.

    I agree that eating on the golf course is very important…staying hydrated as well. As a snack, have you tried a home made mixture of cheerios, almonds, raisins and a few, emphasis on a few, chocolate chips. It is very filling and gives you plenty of energy.

      That’s sound like a very interesting golf snack. I can’t say I have ever tried it but it sounds like it does the job for you.
